In the year that marks the 200th anniversary of the death of Napoleon Bonaparte, the Interpretation Centre of the Lines of Torres Vedras, in Sobral de Monte Agraço, through the Historical Route of the Lines of Torres Vedras, joins Portugal Tourism, Regional Entities of Alentejo and Ribatejo Tourism, Centre of Portugal, Porto and Lisbon Region and other municipalities in the country in promoting the historical and cultural heritage that marked the history of Portugal and Europe - The French Invasions or Napoleonic Invasions.
From several events, which will take place, throughout the year, in several places, we disseminate a heritage of emotions and senses, where it is possible to (re)discover a new country.
Stay tuned to the LINES WITH STORY initiative. Traveling through Heritage, Culture and Territory, you can already see the first video here and the concert BONAPARTE vs WELLINGTON: MUSICAL BATTLE that will take place on the National Day of the Lines of Torres Vedras - October 20th - and will be broadcast live and streaming.
